Anlie Reichel, Ph.D.

REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST, SUPERVISED BY ANDREA ZORBAS, PSY.D.

My professional approach is founded on compassion and dedication. As a clinician, mental health provider, and Bay Area native, I combine innovative, insightful, and progressive thinking, with a strong therapeutic and academic foundation. My approach integrates professional experience, rigorous training, and a recognition of personal perspectives in an effective and sensible way.

While I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs, I draw mostly from multicultural and attachment theories. While focusing on achieving real goals, I also help others develop new perspectives. Although based on the old adage “walk in another person’s shoes,” I strongly believe that the ability to see life through multiple lenses equips you to cope better with relationships and life stresses.

We all have unique stories to share, - examining these stories with open eyes allows us to re-write these narratives that shape and guide our lives. Through this process, we can achieve genuine insights into ourselves and enable change. I aim to be the clinician who actively guides your change. My experience includes working with individuals of all ages (preschool age to adults), as well as couples and families.
